This product combines traditional customer and employee satisfaction surveys with management satisfaction and psychometric tests providing a 3600 assessment of satisfaction with the organisation’s products and/or services. This tool allows for continuous feedback of key stakeholders’ satisfaction levels and is used to inform management of critical areas to focus on for product and/or service development. MAT is a critical tool for the modern organization helping to retain a competitive edge through an acute sensitivity to the human resource element of the business while meeting the product needs of the clients and surpassing their service expectations.

MAdE utilizes advertising tracking software to assess the effectiveness of an organisation’s advertising spend versus customers’ response via their attitudes and behaviours. Customers’ attitudes and behaviours are measured through both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The data collected facilitates the assessment of consumers’ habits, their advertising preferences, exposure to various media etc. all of which assists in the formulating advertising strategies to target specific audiences. MaDE effectively takes the guessing out of advertising and allows companies to advertise their products and/or services to the right audience, using the right medium at the right time, with the right message.

What are the demographic characteristics of consumers of your industry? 3) Rapid Effective Population Scans (REPS)REPS provides oragnisations with data regarding one’s market position and share, customer brand loyalty, satisfaction levels with the product or service provided, customers’ overall attitude toward the company and their current spend. REPS are conducted on a continuous basis on a representative sample of the population ensuring that the data remains up-to-date. The data can be provided at two (2) levels either an aggregate of the industry to assess how the industry on a whole is doing or on a company specific basis to see how the company performs vis a vis its competitors within the industry.
REPS is currently conducted on four (4) major industries.
